- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends
- Engage with business owners and Picas users to gather insights and build relationships
- Assist with social media management, email marketing, and content creation
- Help develop marketing materials and promotional assets
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics
- Support sales and marketing initiatives that contribute to company growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing strategies
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to take initiative. A true go-getter.
- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and brand storytelling
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Basic understanding of marketing strategy, sales concepts, and market research
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or social media platforms is a plus
- Interest in the horticulture industry and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work on-site 20–30 hours per week
- Reliable transportation to commute to the office
